Refund Policy

Planty + Home will gladly accept returns within 15 days of purchase. This means you have 15 days after item receipt to request a return confirmation code.  

Items are eligible for return if it is in the same condition that you received it - unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original condition and/or packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To initiate a return, you can contact Planty + Home at info @plantyhome.org. If your return is accepted, you will receive a shipping label, authorization code, and instructions for where and how to returning the item/s.  Items sent back to us without an authorization code will not be accepted.

Damages 

Inspect your item thoroughly upon receipt and contact us via email immediately to notify us of a concern at info@plantyhome.org.  Contact us if the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective and we will do our best to correct the issue.

Return Exceptions

Certain items can not be returned to us including: perishable goods (i.e., plants); custom products (i.e., print on demand items, special orders, etc. ); and personal care goods. It is important to make contact with us immediately if you have a concern about your order.

Exchanges

To make an exchange, return the item that you did not want and place a new order for what you do want.  This is the quickest way to complete a return. We do not process exchanges in the traditional sense due to our e-commerce business model.

Refunds

You will be notified once your return has been received via mail or whatever method was approved for the return. At this point, we will also let you know if the refund will be approved or not, given the condition of the item.   If approved, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment.  Note that the time that we process your refund to being available on your card will vary based on your bank/credit card company.
